Step 1: Once you've had a look around our site either fill in the contact form or call 01604 711323 to arrange for one of our friendly, non pushy and fully qualified representatives to visit at a day and time to suit you (we are open 7 days a week).
Step 2: Once our representative has visited you, they will find the solution that best suits your needs at a price to fit your budget. You will be left with an information pack on the products/services you require. A quotation will then be prepared, emailed and posted to you.
Step 3: When you're ready, get in touch and we will arrange a time and date for your installation or repair. You will always have the same point of contact at Smart Solutions. This will be the representative that initially visited.
Step 4: Once the installation is complete, your representative from Smart Solutions will pop out to ensure that you are satisfied with the service and answer any questions you may have regarding cleaning and maintaining.
Step 5: 3 months after your installation we will arrange to visit your property to carry out a free inspection. We will tend any locks or hinges that may need adjusting to ensure that they stay working perfectly. The reason for this is that uPVC products marginally expand and contract with the temperature. It is usual that the majority of this happens within the first 3 months following installation.
