Conservatories
As well as installing garage doors we offer our tailor made conservatories. They are designed and installed to your specifications making it the perfect addition to your home. We have 8 conservatory styles for you to choose from and when you have chosen your preferred style we will set out a design that compliments your home. If your home is fitted with traditional sash windows, we have the designs for a more traditional style conservatory such as Edwardian and Victorian but we can also work with you on a bespoke design. And if you need some help choosing, our experienced staff can offer advice and inspiration to help you make the best of your space.
We manage the whole project starting with the survey and design. The process starts with the base then onto the brick work, frame and roof installation. Finally any extras you require like electric points, lighting, plastering and floor finish can be implemented.
We ensure that all the conservatories we supply are fitted to the highest standard and we make sure that it is a room that you can enjoy all year round. Because of the high quality double glazing that we use, all of the conservatories that we install are designed to keep warm in the winter and cool in the summer, and they are built to sustain the typical British weather.
Garden Rooms
Alternatively, we can design and install a garden room. Garden rooms offer an excellent alternative to a conservatory if you want an extension that looks like it has been built more conventionally. They are built with a completely solid roof and can be tiled or part solid with areas of glass. They can be built to extend an existing living space and bring the garden inside with a large amount of windows.
Conservatory Repairs
Our glaziers carry out all double glazing repairs on conservatories if they become damaged or broken into. So if you are needed any of our services in Northampton, Milton Keynes, Wellingborough or the surrounding areas, then please get in touch today using our online contact form and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Conservatory Styles
Victorian
Victorian is a popular style distinguished by its faceted front, giving a curved appearance. It is a particular favourite with period properties, however its clean lines make this a winner on any type of home.
Georgian
Georgian is a flat front style optimising internal space due to the square or rectangular shape. This style is a fantastic option for a dining room or second lounge due to the expansive roof height and floor area.
Lean-To/Sun Room
The traditional and contemporary styles of this type of conservatory are ideal for properties with limited space under the eaves or an awkward area in which to fit a conservatory. The pitch of the roof is variable enabling it to fit under low bungalows, and a steeper pitch would match the roof of a detached or terraced house.
Gable
Gable fronted conservatories add a sense of grandeur to any home. Featuring the same rectangular floor as a Georgian. The front panel is upright rather sloped back to the centre as seen on the Georgian style. This creates a feeling of height within the conservatory.
P-Shape
P-Shape are the ideal style for a larger conservatory. A P-shape can combine multiple styles, for example a lean-to and a victorian, to create a versatile style that can be used as two different living areas. Due to the proportions needed to achieve the P-shape, this style is better suited to larger properties, giving an impressive result.
T-Shape
T-Shape is again an ideal style for larger conservatories. This style has a central projection that can be either Georgian, Gable or Victorian. A T-shape offers a large, versatile floor space and is an impressive addition.
Lantern
The lantern style conservatory is the original conservatory design bought up to date by the use of modern materials. The two-tiered style gives dimension to your conservatory and the added ceiling height brings in more light from the outdoors. Lanterns suit older properties and have been chosen for swimming pool enclosures.
Orangery
Orangery styles are becoming very popular for those wanting a modern take on an atrium roof. An Orangery is the perfect option to bring light and an immense feeling of space into an adjacent room. In fact, with an Orangery, you are blurring the margins between home and a glazed extension. Orangery's have brick built pillars instead of uPVC corner posts found on most conservatories.
